Associate - Sales - IT (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services effectively to clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Revenue generated through new and existing clients.
- Client retention and satisfaction scores.
- Number of deals closed and pipeline management efficiency.
