We are looking for a high-performing IT Sales specialist to join us and meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our product competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle End to End Sales
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the product's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by consistently following them on their concerns and taking timely feedback.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Engage closely with engineering teams to determine best technical implementation methods as well as reasonable execution schedules to meet the timelines.
- Proactively identify ongoing opportunities to increase efficiency, improve the usability of existing tools, and evaluate new functionality/capabilities to fill identified gaps.
- Develop a deep understanding of current user workflows and KPIs to identify key improvements to the existing technological framework.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Bachelors degree in IT, Mechanical
- MBA Degree in Sales and Marketing, logistic, SCM, Mechanical
- Good to have experience in IT sales (Preferably SAAS Sales)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
