Launchd is hiring Sales Development Representative for one of our partner company.
Our partner company was started in 2018 as a cloud-based photo proofing app for photographers & their clients. It allows the clients to easily select/choose the images that are required for their album. It also helps the photographers to make digital signature albums that can be used to generate more referral leads and eventually new business. Our partner company is a KSUM ( Kerala Startup mission ) funded project & it is being used by 4000+ wedding photographers in India & abroad.
PS: Preference to those who have experience with B2B SAAS startups.
Responsibilities :
1. Generates new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
2. Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
3. Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls, or anything to reach out to prospective customers.
4. Understand our clients (mainly photographers) pain points, requirements and correlate Premagic solutions and customer requirements.
5. Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence.
6. Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.
7. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
8. Perform effective online demos to prospects.
9. Manage customer queries on call and email.
10. Optimize the sales process and maximize the revenue pipeline.
11. Receptive to feedback, willingness to learn, and embrace continuous improvement.
12. Responding to all customer's inquiries.
Desired Skills / Requirements :
1. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
2. Fluency in Hindi & English.
3. Strong phone presence and ability to make dozens of calls per day.
4. Have some basic knowledge about SAAS(Software As A Service).
5. Proven sales development experience, preferably at an Internet startup or SaaS industry.
