Associate - Sales - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
The purpose of this job is to recruit and manage a team of Life Insurance financial advisors.
The agency Manager has to identify, source, and recruit quality advisors (a freelancer who would be on commission) & support / train them to enable them to procure Insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Roles & responsibility :
- Branch Head/ Branch Manager Principal Accountabilities of Agency Manager
- To identify people with a good network and potential to make them financial advisors in their respective geography.
- To convince and recruit good quality prospective financial advisors and support them to acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- To manage and lead the team of financial advisors & ensure that they achieve business targets set for them. Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of Advisors
- Relationship Management with financial advisors and customers.
Requirements :
- Age 24-40 years
- CTC: 3.50 To 5.00 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
- Graduate(10+2+3)
- Presently working
- 3 To 7 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
- Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
