The Job
In this role you will be the face of our brand assisting customers with crafting a perfect outfit for their needs, depending on occasion demands. To perform to your fullest in this role you will be required to:
Understand customer's needs to suggest products that meet them.
Provide live demonstrations of how an outfit looks once put together.
Being creative about helping customers to have a clear view of how the suggested styles will suite their needs.
Manage the point-of-sale processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering memorable shopping experiences.
Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
The Profile :
- You possess a Degree or Diploma and have at least 1 year experience working in the fashion segment of any multi-format retailer or with a fashion boutique firm, within a customer facing role.
- Prior retail experience in exclusive womenswear & accessories would be a plus.
- You are well aware of current fashion trends and have a creative approach that appeals to the buyers.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You can easily build rapport with people and drive positive outcomes.
