Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons of Satyapaul, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Operate point-of-sale system, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Ensure the sales floor is neat, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver on company objectives.
- Uphold Satyapaul's brand standards and uphold a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail or sales is a plus.
