Job Description :
The Role Context :
Handling the operations and deployment of Wadhwani Opportunity offerings and product. The role will involve day to day transactions and connect with partner organizations and share periodic data and report analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the best possible learner experience and outcomes.
- Provide reports on weekly enrollments, completion and transformation.
- Provide virtual support (emails/over the call) to institutions/partners/students.
- Support in achieving organizational goals by ensuring quality outcome i.e. students' enrollments & completion through marketing effort.
- Support in field visits to collect feedback from students and institutions and partners.
- Support in managing records and data files of ongoing programs.
- Support in monitoring students' performance.
- Support institutions/partner/students enrolling for the "self-serve' are engaged with the program.
- To support WSN mission and always have "beneficiary first" mindset.
- Use data & reports for analytics & action planning.
Skills & Experience :
- Qualifications : Bachelor's degree
- Experience : 5 - 6 years
- Should have experience in working with online programs/edtech.
- Preferred Basic Understanding of Education & online Skilling eco-system.
- Excellent communication skills : Written and oral
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint) & Analytical skills
- Flexible and dynamic skills
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrate an ability to prioritize workload to tight deadlines
