Job Title : Business Development Associate

Location : Bangalore (Work From Office)

Compensation : Up to 8.4 LPA with monthly uncapped incentives rollout based on performance (Average 10-30% of hike could be provided on the current/previous Fixed Salary)

Responsibilities :

- Reach out to prospects and guide them through the existing tech landscape

- Follow up with existing prospects to explore new possibilities through the company's offerings.

- Qualify career goals of prospects and identify how the company can assist them

- Maintain a customer-centric approach

- Commit to daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets.

Requirements :

- 1-6 years of work experience in sales, business development (freshers can also apply)

- An undergraduate degree in any stream (preferably B.Tech)

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Passion for sales and target achievement

- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ (Lead Scoring Qualification)

- Proficiency in handling tech products

- Experience in handling ticket sizes above 50K (added advantage)
