Associate - Sales - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow sales on the marketplace channels to meet overarching company goals.
- Responsible for the MOM sales growth.
- Stay abreast with happenings on the platforms i.e. promotions, sales, changes in the listing, change in focus of the platform, etc.
- Collecting data for platforms e.g. top selling products, competitor performance, advertising mechanisms, etc.
- Maintain relationships with account managers at the platforms.
- Ensuring that the brand follows best practices in terms of the listing, SEO, and running advertisements.
- Ensure that the brand participates in all the important sales and events on platforms e.g.,
Prime Day on Amazon, specific category sales, etc.
- Responsible for brand visibility on the platform through paid and non-paid initiatives.
- Managing inventory and ensuring zero stock out.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Prior experience of listing and managing listing on marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart is preferred.
- Existing relationships with account managers at marketplaces and knowledge of advertising on such platforms is preferred.
- Experience in personal care category would be a huge plus.
- Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and a demonstrably creative thinker.
- Experience Required: 2-3 years
