Associate - Sales - Doctor Relationship (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, such as OB/GYNs, primary care physicians / general physicians etc within the allotted areas
- Research and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and referral sources, highlighting offerings and patient success stories.
- Execute activities like workshops, CME's etc
- Track and analyse marketing and outreach campaign performance, and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Manage and maintain a database of referring physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting Manager
- Submission of monthly, weekly detailed progress.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies.
- Collaborate effectively with all the departments
- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
- Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.
Skills & Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or fertility industry.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, relationship building, and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Passionate about helping individuals and couples build families.
- Deep understanding of ethical considerations in healthcare, particularly related to fertility treatments.
