Associate Sales & Development Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Sales and Development Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities :
1.Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
2.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
3.Conduct market research and analyze data to stay ahead of the competition
4.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
5.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Candidate requirements :
1. 1 to 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
2. Any graduate / post graduate
3. Any local candidate
4. Age :-21-38 years
