Associate - Sales - CPA/CPL (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a Sales Associate with 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing to drive CPA (Cost Per Action) and CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring successful campaign delivery for both domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients for CPA/CPL campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and affiliates.
- Pitch and sell affiliate marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the campaign delivery team to ensure client KPIs are met.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates.
- Negotiate terms, payouts, and contracts with clients and affiliates.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in affiliate marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of CPA/CPL models and affiliate networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with domestic and international markets is a plus.
