Associate - Sales - Cement (2-10 yrs)
Purpose of the job:
The sales associate will help us create and engage a strong network of retailers in the given geography which can be built into a one stop shop for all building materials over time. We need the associate to own the relationship with the retailers and smartly identify opportunities to cross sell.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieve the sales target for each product category month on month
- Ensure the collections from retailers happen timely and keep updating the credit worthiness of the retailer basis an objective framework
- Map the consumption patterns of various new categories for each retailer and provide intelligence on terms of trade with various brands or categories as and when needed
Who can apply :
- Candidates with background in Channel sales or B2C sales in Cement segment
- MBA / B.Tech with min 2 year sales experience in Cement segment
- Local language skills are a must
- Comfortable with MS Excel, MS Power Point, able to update data in CRM diligently
- Willing to be in the market almost every day of the month
