Associate - Sales/Business Development - Software (1-5 yrs)
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists, databases, and lead sources. Identify and engage with decision-makers to generate interest in our software solutions.
Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Understand client needs and pain points to determine if our software products are a good fit.
Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, or follow-up calls for the sales team. Ensure all appointments are accurately logged and followed up.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our software products and services. Be able to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system. Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects. Address any initial questions or concerns and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, tracking follow-ups, and providing feedback on lead quality.
