Job Description : Business Development Associate (BDA) - Digital Marketing Sales
Location : Hyderabad (WFO)
Job Brief :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) with a strong background in digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in selling digital marketing services and should be passionate about meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients in the digital marketing industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and sales projections.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing sales, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in building case studies, presentations and CRM software.
