Associate - Sales/Business Development - BFSI (0-2 yrs)
Job Description :
As business development (Sales) team you play a very important role towards the growth of the organization. As part of this role you are responsible for acquiring customers, identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment solutions through financial planning.
Proactive measures to be implemented for getting a larger share of the investment portfolio. Generate high revenues for the organization through various channels.
Key Performance Indicator :
New Client Acquisition
- Daily client visits to at least 3 new clients
- Mapping local clients in the area
- On-boarding least (3/4/5) clients with qualified accounts per month
- Driving Sales and maintaining a high level of cross-sell & revenue generation
- Equities & Currency
- Commodities
- Third party product Sales
- Client Service and relationship management
- Maintaining Customer Relationship
- Tapping New Business Avenues
- Portfolio Management
- Sales Reporting to immediate manager on daily basis.
Desired Skills
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to speak in local language and English
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience of sales with proven record
- Understanding of local market and client base
- Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office Graduate from recognized university or college
