Associate - Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
The CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new Current and Savings Account customers and promoting the bank's products while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new CASA customers through networking and outreach.
- Meet monthly sales targets for CASA accounts.
- Promote additional banking products like loans and credit cards.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads.
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications :
- Local candidate familiar with the area.
- Age: 21 to 27 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business or Finance).
- Must own a bike for traveling.
- 1+ Years of experience in BFSI Sales.
