Associate - Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
What You'll Do :
- Engage : Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
- Sell : Promote our banking products and services (loans, credit cards, accounts) to meet sales targets.
- Advise : Offer tailored financial solutions and guidance.
- Support : Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and other banking services.
- Achieve : Drive new client acquisition and contribute to the branch's success.
What We're Looking For :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience : Prior sales or customer service experience in banking or finance is a plus.
- Skills : Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
