Job Summary :
- We are looking for Sales Associate who is interested in a rewarding career in insurance sales. Responsibilities of an insurance sales manager include setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing customer support.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Grow into a Regional sales leader and build a team of sales people and generate sales through them
- Monitor team performance and provide regular performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to drive business growth
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 2+ years' experience in field sales
- Good communication skill
- Great networking abilities.
- Age : 23-39 year
- Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
- Ability to own team
