Job Description:-

- Co-ordinating with our Sales consultants and customers to place orders in the system. This will require basic understanding of customer requirements for furniture/wardrobes and kitchens.

- The Associate will also work with the Operations and Sourcing Teams in this aspect.

- Reconciliation of payments with the Finance team on a regular basis

- Co-ordinate between the internal stakeholders (Designers/Consultants/Operations Team/Finance Team/PreSales Team/Sourcing Team) and the customer to ensure the order is processed without any delays until the order is delivered and installed completely, and the payment has been reconciled.

- Be responsible for communication through the entire process described above. Including Whatsapp texts or weekend calls to relieve customers of their anxiety.

- High energy, cheerful person + ability to be calm and think through any situation any time

- Has interacted with customers over phone / live / email etc.

- Empathy for people and situations; highly approachable person.

- Honesty and transparency in communication; shows warmth in interactions

- Extremely hard-working and committed to the cause / values / vision of UL

- Love for beautiful homes, and all things beautiful; a love for aesthetics

- Willingness to learn rapidly + Ability to consistently make things better

- Ability to use technology effectively + Ability to use apps / tools to design
