Associate - Sales - Banking (1-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identifying and pursuing new clients for personal banking through outreach and networking are among the responsibilities.
- Hold discussions to assess clients' financial requirements and make banking product recommendations.
- Create and maintain a solid rapport to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work together with internal departments to guarantee seamless client onboarding.
- Keep up with industry developments and personal banking product offerings.
- Give management regular information on sales.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Solid understanding of banking products and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Local candidates preferred.
