Associate - Sales - Automation Products (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable automation products.
- Drive sales operations and expand market reach across Pan India.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and client acquisition.
- Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for field sales as required

Job Details:
- Type of Role: Onsite and Field Sales (both options available)
- Location: Pan India
- Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
- Tentative Budget for Role : 25k to 30k + Lucrative Incentive
