The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Manage the walk-in customers and provide professional and personalized services.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop and to ensure that the products are well-presented and in accordance with brand and visual-merchandising identity.
- Actively work with garments replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying, and merchandising.
- Follow up on sales routines, policies and guidelines and ensure sales target are exceeded.
- Recognize sales opportunities and maximize the revenue.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Retail Sales, Store Manager or Retail Training within Professional Services industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- Prior retail experience in Children's wear & Accessories and Menswear & Accessories would be an advantage.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
