Role:
Sales Associate generates the leads for commodity trading. He / She is responsible for achieving business targets.
Desired Expertise:
- Lead Generation
- Negotiation
- Sales & Supply Organization
- Team Coordination
- Output Commodity (Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Pulses)
Responsibility:
- Generate business leads through calls / Visits in the market.
- Onboard Traders / Buyers and make them buy through the platform.
- Maintain Rapport with onboard traders and collect orders and process the execution through supply team.
- Achieving monthly business targets.
- Coordination with key stakeholders in completing successful trade transaction.
Desirable Qualifications :
Graduation degree in Agriculture/ Marketing/ Business Management/Allied Fields
Desirable Experience :
1 to 2 years of experience in Agri / Horti commodity trade, FMCG, Agri e-commerce, Commodity exchange.
