Associate - Retail Sales - Automotive (1-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the responsibility of the walk-in customers, procurement of pre-owned cars and conversion of on-spot& hot leads cars with a focus on achieving preset targets on time
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with customers; taking down notes & resolving customer issues
- Organizing the database of all the priority customers and making outbound calls to the company's potential customer list
- Coordinating with highly aggressive customers and escalations on call; building a relationship with the customers to comprehend the qualities and features expected by them in the cars, while keeping their budget in mind
- Attending calls of all the team agents and providing appropriate feedback to them
- Giving presentations to agents about new arrivals in the car segment and motivating them to achieve their targets competently
- Working as the contact person for new reps and specifically challenging calls, as one of the company's primary mentors of both new and established employees
- Receiving inbound calls and satisfying the customers by answering their queries
- Performing some data entry-level tasks of the employee information in the system
