Associate - Retail Sales (2-5 yrs)
- Create store launch plans for new stores, by visiting the store locations and understanding what will drive walk-ins to the store
- Engage with offline agencies to brief them on launching the stores within the budgets
- Optimize store launch budgets between Content creation & visibility spends
- Debrief the Bewakoof creative team for the creation of content and campaigns for the store launch
- Work with CRM, Influencer marketing, and D2C spocs to ensure visibility go-live and metrics delivered
- Along with the store launch, manage the month-on-month ongoing calendars for the existing store
- Liaise with the store teams for feedback and corrections to be made on marketing creatives and offline plan elements.
Key Deliverables-
- Monthly Offline Calendar for all stores across all brands
- Weekly updates on the performance of the plan against each store walk-ins
- Continuous optimization and A/B testing strategies for improving offline marketing spending awareness
