Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail Sales/Cashiering with proper documents.

1. Key Accountabilities :

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators :

A) Sales Target Achievement

- Promoting the Brands from his/her portfolio

- Achieving sales targets in his/her shift for the assigned product category

- To follow the sales plan and instructions of the DM/ADM/TL

- Take instructions from the respective Category Manager

- Target vs Achievement

B) Sales Compliance

- Strictly follow the baggage allowances/LAG rules concerning sales

- SOP document

C) Customer Service

- Help customers select the products as per their requirement

- Answer queries related to products and process

- Taking feedback concerning products and other aspects

- Customer complaints

- Customer Satisfaction Score

D) Stock Display & Replenishment

- To support the TL and Merchandisers in maintaining the stock displays

- As per the suggested planograms

- To support price ticketing and offer communication display

- To replenish stocks regularly between flight breaks

- To maintain track of GWP's issue as per instructions

- To coordinate with HK staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned section

- Stock visibility as per planogram

- Promotion Targets vs Sales Achievement

- 5 'S' audit
