Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Leads the sales team in a leadership capacity.
- Encourages and motivates the sales staff to meet quotas.
- Examines and evaluates operational and sales records and reports; projects sales, establishes goals and profitability, and locates possible new markets using data.
- Determines and evaluates consumer preferences to effectively focus sales efforts.
- Assigns sales teams regions and quotas.
- Speaks with prospective clients to learn about their wants; then, finds and recommends tools, supplies, or services to fulfil those needs.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills
