Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the Annual and Quarterly Revenue for his/her territory
- Responsible for achieving market share objectives
- Identify, develop and secure new strategic sales opportunities
- Gather market intelligence information relating to competition, pricing, product offerings and market share.
- To analyze the performance of each HQ based on the reports in the Field Force Reporting Software and initiate corrective action wherever required.
- To monitor and manage hospital and detailer network and ensure effective services to all clients.
- To identify and evaluate different channel opportunities for different markets
- Monitor & track the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/personal visits, telephone.
- Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
