Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers for the products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Deliver excellent customer service promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet or surpass sales targets by actively promoting and selling.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and prepare sales contracts.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
