Job Description :
- To expand agency network of Insurance Dekho in assigned Territory with a blend of GI and New stream partners onboarding.
- To create Insurtech Product and process offering to the partners.
- To adhere to company policies and process in the field.
- To Drive Onboarding and Activation of Partners month after month and create a sticky partner environment
- To expand New Channels to "Insurance" in assigned Territory.
- Daily To onboard 2 Fresh Partners in Insurance Fraternity.
- To adapt to Insurtech Product offering and train the trainer by training the new onboarded partners towards Tech based Insurance offering.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
