Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell life insurance products. This role includes handling customer inquiries, processing policy changes, and supporting sales efforts, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell life insurance products.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
- Support the sales team with product information and customer assistance.
- Follow all regulatory and compliance requirements.
