Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurabce (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective B2B clients.
- Present and promote Tata premium products/services to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding product features, pricing, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support processes.
- Order Management: Visit retail stores to take orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from retailers regarding product performance, preferences, and any issues they may face.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail partners to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Sales Target: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our footwear products.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand competitors, market trends, and retailer needs.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
