Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Healthcare (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing timely support and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients to showcase the features and benefits of our diagnostic supplies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Biowel at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
