Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Eyeware (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service to achieve maximum sales revenue for the organization
- Achieve his and store goals and targets
- Participate in all promotions and offers as may be launched by the company from time to time too introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
- Provide information to customers regarding all products like frames, sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, accessories and all other products introduced by the company
- Working any type store growth related work without hesitation
- Good in sales for customers grabbing
- Create new business from old and generate new customers
- Build rapport & establishment long-time relationship with customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while continuously looking for ways to increase productivity and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better position our platform.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
