Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in products, understand their needs, and convert them into active customers.

- Proactively follow up with leads and customers to ensure a smooth sales process and address any queries or concerns they may have.

- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Stay updated with product offerings, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM software.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
