Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sales of Microsurgery product portfolio in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins with assigned accounts and/ or territory/region on products or services.
- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
- Drive business with highest integrity and compliance
- Able to handle crucial communication/ discussion and decision making
- Knowledge & rapport of renowned within the territory.
- Identify and forge partnerships with corporations on a national scale.
- Maintain relationships with regional corporate clients.
- Coordinate various training sessions.
- Facilitate visits by key to corporate offices.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
