Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Creating his own network by recruiting candidates and make them understand business plan.
- observe the issues related to stockpoint and customer & trying to provide the solutions to it.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other methods.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and stay updated on new developments.
- Present products or services to potential customers in a compelling and professional manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customers with detailed information to drive sales.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
