Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understanding the features, benefits, and technical aspects of the product portfolio.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

- Conducting market research in order to stay current on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Giving presentations, product demonstrations, and samples to potential customers in order to promote and demonstrate the company's products.

- Sales, pricing, and delivery terms are negotiated with customers, and deals are closed to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Working with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
