Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)

Positions & Duties :

- Identifying, controlling, and gaining business from market channels

- Reducing rejection and delinquency to ensure a quality portfolio

- Deep familiarity with retail's resources, offerings, business practices, and current market trends

- Recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering superior customer service

- To promote operational efficiency and superior customer service, suggest changes to procedures and guidelines within the retail banking industry.

- Find and explore new business prospects while preserving connections with current customers.

- To find trends and development prospects, perform market research and analysis.

- Work together with the marketing group to develop persuasive presentations and sales collateral.

- Use Microsoft Excel and other sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and monitor progress.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
