Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Putting the relevant Business Lines strategy into practice and making sure that the local market sees profitable growth and business development.
- Complete accountability for budget and sales efficiency as well as P&L, organization, and sales targets.
- Establishing and leading a strong, competent, and high-achieving sales team to support marketing, sales, tendering, project management, and order processing.
- Improving the customer experience through cultivating new potential clients and preserving solid ties with important decision-makers.
- Building and maintaining connections with channel partners to increase revenue and sales.
Using shared platforms and technologies, as well as effective business and support operations in back-end sales processes, to guarantee that agreed-upon service levels are maintained.
- Ensuring that the area under supervision is appropriately staffed, guided, and skilled.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
