Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Growing the business and meeting the company's sales targets
- Build a clientele for distributors to boost business revenue.
- Continually update Distributor and Company on market trends and results.
- Take the lead in sales and seal the contract with the new client.
- Foster good ties with important clients to learn about their demands.
- Monitoring shifts in customer involvement after every campaign launch.
- Putting together reports that show the results of each campaign and sending them to clients.
- Locate new markets and clients to boost revenue and the company's expansion.
- Manage, inspire, and lead the sales force to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Evaluate team members' performance on a regular basis and offer helpful criticism.
- Create and present persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
