Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits visual technology solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, team discussions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
- Travel to meet clients, conduct face-to-face meetings, and pitch products effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team and sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Candidates Requirements :
- Gradation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
