Job Purpose :
- As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and maintaining relationships with High Net Worth (HNI), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI), and corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on offering wealth advisory services, ensuring the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM), and achieving set targets.
Key Deliverables :
1. Critical Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial information from clients to develop strategies for meeting their objectives.
- Monitor financial market trends to ensure responsiveness to client plans.
- Ensure growth of AUM/Book Size.
- Achieve targets through acquisition and revenue generation from investment products.
- Business development through the acquisition of high net-worth clients.
- Conduct mandatory client meetings to keep them updated on market scenarios.
2. Routine Responsibilities :
- Analyze client portfolios and provide necessary suggestions.
- Recommend financial products.
- Identify customer needs and assess their risk appetite.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior.
- Create and enforce plans to meet customer needs.
Role Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications : Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience : 4+ Years of Wealth Management experience in the industry. Must have a background in Wealth Platform or banking.
- Domain Knowledge : Understanding of market pulse, knowledge of investment products, understanding of wealth platform.
- IT Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, AMFI, IRDA Certification.
