Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with client.

- Making outbound calls for generating Appointments or Site Visits for the Project.

- Follow up with incoming leads.

- Generate leads/prospects over the phone.

- Listen attentively to customer need and cater the same accordingly.

- Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports.

- Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.

- Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.

- Excellent conversational and customer service.

- Multitasking ability.

- Capture and update customer information accurately.

- Call prospective clients and explain the project to them.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
