Associate Relationship Manager
- Your job role would be to use sales channels with the use of direct sales industry business generated by the agency channel of people whose real advantage is relationship management.
Roles and responsibilities :
- To identify people with a good network and potential to make them financial advisors in their respective geography.
- To convince and recruit good quality prospective financial advisors and support them to acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- To manage and lead the team of financial advisors & ensure that they achieve business targets set for them.
- Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of Advisors
- Relationship Management with financial advisors and customers.
Desired Candidate :
Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
Age : 21 to 38 years.
