Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Generate leads from the field and follow up with them.

- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.

- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

- Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.

- Create and maintain a list or database of prospective clients.

- Present and deliver information to potential clients.

- Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.

- Go on the field to onboard and train the clients.

- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

- Build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
