Associate Relationship Manager - Sales (2-4 yrs)

Positions & Duties :

- Create and implement sales plans with an emphasis on closing channel sales agreements in order to reach revenue goals in a fast-paced B2B setting.

- Manage, coach, and lead the sales force to guarantee alignment with business goals and sales targets.

- Use outbound cold calls and internal lead follow-up to find new sales prospects.

- Encourage recurring high-value transactions while concentrating on surpassing sales targets.

- Develop and preserve solid client relationships, enabling purchasers at every stage of the sales process.

- Conduct user segmentation, study competing environments, and have a thorough grasp of the market.

- Develop sales narratives, hone priorities, and facilitate clear team communication by utilizing data and insights.

- Collaborate with the group to create a pipeline and close sales in a short amount of time.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
