Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals.
- Create and carry out a strategic business plan that increases the company's clientele and guarantees its continued existence.
- Handle sales representative hiring, goal-setting, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Create and foster enduring connections with customers by collaborating with them and getting to know their needs
- Give the management team reports on sales, income, and expenses along with accurate projections.
- Recognise developing markets and changes in the market while keeping up with new releases and the state of the competition.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good Communication Skills
