Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by identifying and engaging with potential clients, including schools, colleges, and corporate training centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer relevant products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the EdTech space.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including analysis of sales performance and client feedback.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
